Below is a conversation with J over sms.. Can say is a arguement as well as a conversation.. arguement for him.. conversation for me.. because I'm too happy to see him losing his cool to think that this is a arguement.. indeed he is too free to type long messages to reply me during office hours.. wondering who really slacking.. just a few words able to make him lose his cool.. Name and some of the content had been change to protect them.. Words in orange is said by me.. and yellow is by him..
Me: If you want to know my whereabouts, my hp is always available.. Don't have to resort to call other.
J: Then do you take us as your colleagues when you left without a words? Do you report to your junior your whereabouts or you report to your colleagues or superiors? I do not report to you and ask your whereabouts but instead, of course I ask my superior your whereabouts. Do you take the initiative to let us know where are you? I know that I can't ask you to report to me but obviously when the superiors are not around, you rather tell your junior where are you instead.. Do you know many a time, people have been asking about you.. but we can't answer.. you are from X department.. Not anywhere else!
Me: If you have checked the manpower status.. you don't have to ask.
